Returns
If your order consist of a custom logo we will not return as the item is custom made for your business and cannot be resold. However if you have a solid black platform you have 7 calendar days to return an item in brand new condition from the date you received it to request for a return. You will be responsible for shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un wrapped, and in the same original wrapping condition that you received it.
All returns must include an RMA form that can be obtained from us directly. Each RMA form must include a valid RMA number.
***360 Booths with custom prints are not eligible for returns/exchanges and are non-refundable.
All returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
Buyers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
All shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
